Which online chat programs are most popular?
Online chat programs have grown in popularity in recent years and now number more than 100,000 on the popular free online chat site, 123formbuilder.
According to a new study by a research company called KPMG, online chat is a $1bn industry, accounting for half of all online advertising revenues worldwide.
“Online chat programs (OCPs) have been growing rapidly over the last few years.
The growth of OCPs has been driven by the growing popularity of video chat and chat apps, especially WhatsApp and Skype, which are now used by more than half of the world’s population,” the report said.”
In the United States, OCP revenue has increased by over 150% since 2014.
Over this period, the number of OPs has more than doubled from over 200,000 to over 1.4 million,” KPMg said in its report, based on data from online search company Alexa.
The number of people using OCP software in the United Kingdom has doubled over the past two years, from 543,000 in 2015 to 1.8 million last year.
In the Netherlands, OCCs are still growing at an average of 4.5% per year, while the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is projected to reach a new high of 10.5 percent in 2020.
In China, the OCC market is expected to reach $4.7bn by 2020, the report showed.
In Russia, OCR revenues will increase by nearly $2.5bn in 2020, with the country forecast to reach 1.9 million OCP users by 2020.
While the market is not yet mature in other countries, the country is likely to overtake Canada in terms of the number and number of new OCP programs, according to the KPM-G report.
